The Heavens Declare

WOW this is amazing my teacher shared his favorite picture in class . It is his favorite because it reminded him of how big God is. This is known as a nebula or a begining of a planet or a star. This particular one is the eagle nebula. The photo was taken by the hubble telescope. This particular nebula is around 3,000 - 5,000 lightyears in the active star formation area of the nebula. A Lightyear is about 5,878,625,373,183.61 miles so just multiply this number by about 5,000 and that is how large this nebula is. The thing is this is just one of the billion or more of these early forming stars and planets. The heavens truly do declare the glory of God

Ps 8:3-43

When I consider your heavens,the work of your fingers,the moon and the stars,which you have set in place, 4 what is man that you are mindful of him,the son of man that you care for him?

Ps 136:6-9

who spread out the earth upon the waters,His love endures forever. 7 who made the great lights--His love endures forever. 8 the sun to govern the day,His love endures forever. 9 the moon and stars to govern the night;His love endures forever.

Isa 40:22-26

He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth,and its people are like grasshoppers.He stretches out the heavens like a canopy,and spreads them out like a tent to live in. 23 He brings princes to naught and reduces the rulers of this world to nothing. 24 No sooner are they planted,no sooner are they sown,no sooner do they take root in the ground,than he blows on them and they wither,and a whirlwind sweeps them away like chaff. 25 "To whom will you compare me?Or who is my equal?" says the Holy One. 26 Lift your eyes and look to the heavens:Who created all these?He who brings out the starry host one by one,and calls them each by name.Because of his great power and mighty strength,not one of them is missing.
